We'll see about that - have your second half Josh Dobbs stats ready lol - particularly when it matters aka the 4th quarterIt's just that Tune isn't likely to be better, and will probably be worse.

Well pun sirIf Gannon thinks Clayton is ready then this Dobbspologist has changed his Tune.
You think Gannon wants Clayton Tune to fail so he can play Josh Dobbs again... you think that's the plan huh? Even tho it's been announced Dobbs is the #3 QB now... and you're also suggesting we'll see Josh Dobbs again before we see Kyler Murray...I think Gannon has read the room. Better to trot Tune out there if Kyler not ready, have Tune fall on his face, and then be able to insert Dobbs back vs just start Dobbs. Kinda like shaking the keys to distract the baby.
No. I think they have seen enough of Tune in practice and Dobbs on the field and feel Tune gives them a better chance at winning. it's not 'rocket science'.You think Gannon wants Clayton Tune to fail so he can play Josh Dobbs again... you think that's the plan huh? And this will all be to distract fans with low football IQs?
He didn’t quote you…No. I think they have seen enough of Tune in practice and Dobbs on the field and feel Tune gives them a better chance at winning. it's not 'rocket science'.
This seems pretty random. I mean, I 100% understand benching Dobbs, but saying you are sticking with him yesterday and reversing course less than 24 hours later seems random.
There is some speculation out there about Dobbs getting traded tomorrow, but that seems highly unlikely.
I think it's simply don't demote a player in front of the media before you talk to the player in private. A little respect. This seems pretty random. I mean, I 100% understand benching Dobbs, but saying you are sticking with him yesterday and reversing course less than 24 hours later seems random.

Well I would assume Tune is gonna get the majority of the snaps this week…What I don’t love is that unless Kyler is 100% all week and trots out Sunday, neither of them will be getting all the 1st team reps. This would especially be bad for Tune if he ends having to play.
Cardinals bench Joshua Dobbs; Clayton Tune to start, per source
TEMPE, Ariz. -- The Arizona Cardinals are planning to start rookie quarterback Clayton Tune on Sunday against the Browns in Cleveland, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter.
I seriously doubt that is Essang Bassey since he is currently paying for the Chargers. He intercepted the one pick Tune threw in the preseason (59 attempts).I think the guy in the front intercepted Tune in the pre-season. Should be a fun week! He's going to brag all Sunday long!

Teams were really starting to pick on Clark though. Wilson still has the hope that he can actually make a play because he has in the past.Tough assignment for either guy. Interesting today the media picked up the “Where’s Clark” thread. I’m still worried whether Gannon has built a dog house or an exit ramp!

I actually don’t think Dobbs has been that bad (relative to some of the other trash backups we have run out thru the years). I don’t think Tune would have beat Dallas, so I’m happy for that.No one is a "apoloJoshogists", whatever that nonsense means. Dobbs has zero supporters on this forum.
It's just that Tune isn't likely to be better, and will probably be worse. The Cardinals are going to be really bad without average Kyler Murray and that was going to happen regardless.
