I see 12 players in this draft that in my opinion are the upper echelon of the draft. Of these 12, I think there are 3 that it's at least somewhat reasonable to think could be there at #20 (Gilbert, Denard, Ebron). If one of those 3 are there at #20, I pounce, if not, I look at trading down since I see another 10-15 players that I think are all in the next tier.

1.) J.Clowney
2.) A.Barr
3.) K.Mack
4.) T.Bridgewater
5.) B.Bortles
6.) J.Manziel
7.) J.Matthews
8.) G.Robinson
9.) S.Watkins
10.) J.Gilbert
11.) D.Denard
12.) E.Ebron

Next Tier

CJ Mosley
Tim Jernigan
Rashede Hagemen
Louis Nix
Marquese Lee
Mike Evans
Jace Amaro
Calvin Pryor
Clinton HaHa Dix
Dee Ford
Aaron Donald
Kony Ealy
Taylor Lewan

Cyrus Kuandjio
Derek Carr

I agree pretty much with this list. Personally I would add Aaron Donald and Calvin Pryor to the top tier as well.

28 players listed in my original post and when you take into consideration that it's extremely likely that there will be a few that are not on my list (Odell Beckham, Kelvin Benjamin, Allen Robinson, Brandon Cooks, Austin Sefarius Jenkins etc) that will sneak into rd 1 as well, that mean we could trade all the way down to the very bottom of Rd1 and still end up with one of the 28 players on my tier 1 or 2 list

I agree that a trade down makes some sense, but it can't be too far and has to add a decently high pick (3rd round).

I really like Cloney as a player. He will need to learn to play every play. In the SEC he sometimes decides to take a few plays off. No doubt he will be an NFL starter or will find himself on the bench. He will be long gone when we draft but when he decides to play he is awesome. I watched him in several games last year. I would have no problem drafting him if he fell to us.

After the combine it looks like you can add Taylor Lewan and Tim Jenigann and Aaron Donald to the tier 1. That puts 15 players in there.

Also very safe to say that Cyrus Kuandjio fell out of tier 2...and 3 for that matter.
