2023 3rd rounder, flushed down the drain. SMH.
Had to haveSomething must have happened
LOL. Smear the kid on the way out the door. Can't believe it." barring a last minute offer"
meaning he probably wants to start
I mean, even that limited skill set isn't worth even trying to develop on a rookie contract?LOL. Smear the kid on the way out the door. Can't believe it.
The problem is that Sanders' skill set is almost entirely duplicative of B.J. Ojulari's. Both are narrow-hipped edge rushers that lack the strength to support the run, especially with the discount-rate interior defensive linemen who would be "protecting" him.
Yikes.
100%. It's mystifying. I thought that our EDGE room was the deepest on the team.I mean, even that limited skill set isn't worth even trying to develop on a rookie contract?
Eh the usual suspects calling it crazy when they don't know why he was released.100%. It's mystifying. I thought that our EDGE room was the deepest on the team.
Seems like Monti might've, also. He decided to do something about that.
Pretty crazy to release him without even giving him much of a look. I'm sure the usual suspects will come in here and continue the smear campaign that he couldn't get with the program, was overrated, whatever.
Look at this list (hopefully you have a strong stomach)Jesus Christ, what the hell was Keim & crew DOING in those draft rooms & leading up to it???

Leki FotuEh the usual suspects calling it crazy when they don't know why he was released.
The obvious assumptions is that Monti/Gannon are just really dumb and didn't figure this out. Typical of a third choice GM, amirite?
What other snarky comment can I add to sound like you?
