Nash in the Hall of Fame?

My heart says yes. And ya know, my brain says yes now, too.

This is a list of retired players who won an MVP (just one) and didn't make it to the Hall of Fame:

Karl Malone. He's eligible next year

One of the biggest statistics, and cases for Nash, that continues to be ignored is his shooting%, 3-pt%, and FT%. When you add those up, you realize he is much better than his PPG would suggest. He wasn't a scorer per se, but could when called upon.

He is borderline, but I believe he will get in.

Well its called Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame so yah, he's in.

A Point Guard who averages 20 ppg actually hurts the team in general. Unless it's an all-NBA shooting Guard superstar who controls the ball on every offensive set, like Michael or Kobe.

KJ's three consecutive 20ppg/10apg seasons didn't make the Suns better. In fact, with him hogging the ball with games on the line and keeping it from our offensive superstar, the Chuckster, he held the team back.

I don't think Kevin Johnson's three 20/10 seasons makes him HOF worthy. Perhaps he'll make Sacramento's Mayors' HOF, if there were such a thing, if he clears up his slumlord reputation and keeps young kids out of his bed and shower.

During his career, he did not make the best decisions for himself or for his team.

It's the hall of fame and not the hall of best teammates so there's a chance But Nash is def in.
