5 minutes, 4 assists
Pretty lame he didn't get more minutes

even in an all-star game Lebron, who's been ON FIRE, is too afraid of taking the last shot? man, that guy is such a mental midget it's ridiculous.

He played fewer minutes than anyone and was the only player in the entire game that didn't even attempt one shot. Im sure he wasnt that concerned about it but damn if you're gonna be on the team at least shoot it once.
This is the only thing that bothers me about Steve. A lot of times he needs to shoot MORE. I mean his percentages are off the charts so why not? I know he is a pass first point guard, everybody knows that and that's part of what makes him so great but when your main contributors are Jared Dudley and Channing Frye, you have to get yours man. I can't tell you how many times the Suns will be in a close game in the final minutes and the other team will get like an 8 point lead and then Nash will hit a couple big shots but its too late for it to matter, I'm like "Why didn't you do that 2 minutes ago when you still had a chance to win?" It's beyond frustrating sometimes. But like I said, its my only complaint.
I thought that was a douche move by kobe, because kobe missed a free throw and a shot that could have iced the game. Had kobe hit those shots or iced the game then I would say he had room to talk, but for me it just comes down to kobe being a great player but not a guy that I would ever want to spend time with off the court because he is a jerk.I thought it was funny that Kobe was riding him like a rented mule about it, especially when he took it out of bounds with 1.5 left.
Dont say "not even the best player on his team" as if Miami is just a normal team. Two players from Miami are probably better than players from about 27 other teams. That's why I keep saying to people that Wade is the rock on that team. Seriously, how can you be the best player in the NBA with such a mental deficiency?
He might be the most overall "talented" player in the NBA but he is not even the best player on his team. Wade was the better player last year and especially in the playoffs. Until I see this dude get mentally tough....I will keep saying it.
I think the coach "brooks" was probably in grade school when dirk and nash played together. so he probably didn't even know they were mates.I too was surprised they didn't play Nash and Nowitzki together in the all-star game.
I agree. Chris bosh is talented enough to be a franchise player on some teams in the league. and in miami he is the third option.Dont say "not even the best player on his team" as if Miami is just a normal team. Two players from Miami are probably better than players from about 27 other teams.

i know it was a joke....because brooks was being labeled, in some parts nationally, as too inexperienced when I was watching the OKC/Mavs series last year.I think you've got that reversed. Scottie Brooks was playing in the NBA while Dirk was still in grade school.

I am from texas, but I haven't lived there in over 8 years. trust me I am a cowboys/mavericks/rangers/stars fan. joke is on me with these owners. As jokes go, it wasn't very funny. Are you sure you didn't blow the punch line? If you really have ties to Texas you should know a good joke when you hear one!
