The 2025 NBA Playoffs continue with three much-watch Game 2's on Wednesday that could shift the momentum of the first-round best-of-seven series.
The first game of the evening will feature the Boston Celtics, seeded second in the Eastern Conference, hosting the Orlando Magic, who are seeded seventh. The defending champions took an early lead in the first-round series, winning Game 1 103-86. Although Jayson Tatum experienced a scary fall and some wrist discomfort during the game, he continued to play, and a postgame X-ray confirmed that he was unharmed.
The action continues as the top-seeded Cleveland Cavaliers face the Miami Heat after a stunning 121-100 victory in Game 1, giving them a 1-0 lead in the series. Despite dealing with an ankle injury, Donovan Mitchell excelled for the Cavaliers, scoring 30 points and achieving a postseason career-high of four steals.
The evening will end in the Western Conference, as the No. 2 seed Houston Rockets face off against No. 7 seed Golden State Warriors, the latter leading the series 1-0 after a 95-85 Game 1 victory.
