NBA releases schedule for Lakers/Celtics finals

Looks like the NBA is really looking forward to a Lakers/Celtics finals rematch. So much so that reportedly the NBA has already released a schedule for a Lakers/Celtics finals series should those teams meet. This was before Suns/Lakers game 3.

Things looked so bleak that the NBA sent out a contingency schedule for the Lakers-Celtics NBA Finals, just in case

Lakers vs Celtics, Lakers vs Celtics, Lakers vs Celtics....

Anyone else getting INCREDIBLY annoyed at how much talk the "Lakers vs Celtics" matchup is getting? Uh, hello? The Suns can tie the series with a win tomorrow. Thinking about it, the Suns are 1 terrible quarter from being UP 2-1 in this series. If they could have had a decent 4th quarter in game 2 they'd probably be leading 2-1.

Today, Colin Cowherd basically had a 15 minute segment about the Lakers vs Celtics without once mentioning the Suns.

Browsing Lakers forums they're already talking about the Finals.

I'm a realist and understand that the Suns have a 10-20% chance of coming back to win this series. But come on, it's nowhere near over yet. Very, very annoying.

I know some NBA games are fixed but man... do they have to be this obvious?!!

I think Suns media should keep reporting how NBA games are fixed. Stern WANTS Lakers VS Celtics Finals especially Celtics is playing well now.

They want Suns to prolong the series to get more $$$ from advertisements. Too bad Orlando is sucking up so hard to even fix the game for them.

Was he the reason Robin Lopez emerged from underneath his unruly mop to clatter around for 20 points? No, but Lopez got started early in the first quarter when he grabbed an offensive rebound and dunked over Bynum, a play that charged the US Airways Center crowd like it was three dozen points.

Was he the reason Amare Stoudemire emerged from underneath his big mouth to score 42 points while grabbing 11 rebounds? Of course not, but Stoudemire also got started early when he hit a jumper in Bynum's face while being fouled, resulting in a three-point play, more bellowing and balloon rattling.

This is probably the best kind of news that can change the whole series. With Suns being down 1-2, they need to be disrespected to get extra boost.

And I hope somebody is reading these quotes out loud in the lock room.
