Even if the Kings' sophomore guard doesn't get that acknowledgment, he'll still be participating at All-Star Weekend in Charlotte. According to Yahoo Sports' Chris Haynes, Fox is expected to participate in the All-Star Skills Challenge: Fox is in the midst of a breakout season in which he's averaging 17.4 points and 7.3 assists per game for the surprising Kings, who look to improve to 25-24 when their road trip continues in Memphis on Friday.
