BREAKING: The NBA is targeting the 2027-28 season for when future expansion teams will begin playing games. Sounds like it will be TWO expansion teams… what cities should get a team?

Las Vegas is almost certainly going to be one of them -- I'm betting Vegas and Seattle are going to be the two teams.

That would make the most sense

That would also allow Memphis and Minnesota to slide to the east where they belong
