On the morning of the draft, their latest update has Noel at #5 and McLemore at #8. That's ridiculous. (DraftExpress has Noel #1 and McLemore #2.) It's obvious that all they're doing is shuffling things around in order to generate more page hits. Presumably they'll come up with a real final mock early this afternoon, but it just shows that there's really no point taking notice of its day-to-day fluctuations, other than for amusement's sake.

I think you are right, BUT to be fair, I wouldn't be surprised if some teams pass on Noel due to injury concerns, and I've heard that McLemore has tanked several workouts. Bazz is down to 18, as well, which seems a bit too low.

Again, I think they are trying to generate more hits, but some of these sudden drops do have some basis in reality.

For all the crap the site gets from this board, it was pretty darn close. Noel ends up at #6 and McLemore goes next at #7.

True. I was going to look at how well they did with the rest of the top five, but the site won't load.

Their last mock (http://nbadraft.net/2013mock_draft) had Len at #1, Noel at #4, McLemore at #5, and Bennett at #10. So I stand by my assessment that they just shuffle things around for fun.

I only got 6 picks exactly correct in the 1st round. Just over 20% so not so good. I also whiffed greatly on where Franklin, Withey, and Ledo were going to go. Cost me a lot of points in the mock draft contest.
