Pretty insane story. http://espn.go.com/college-sports/s...proper-conduct-investigation-miami-hurricanes

2 days after reports leaked they were going to hit Miami with allegations of violations involving booster Nevin Shapiro, the NCAA has put it on hold due to their own potential misconduct. The NCAA thinks Frank Haith paid Shapiro, they couldn't prove it, but they apparently got even his mom to admit Missouri delivered money to her that was supposed to go to a basketball camp. the money was allegedly connected to Shapiro's involvement in recruiting players to Miami.

But now the NCAA says they may have inappropriately gathered information by giving questions to Shapiro's defense attorney for him to ask at a deposition in a bankruptcy hearing. They apparently used the answers to those questions in the NCAA investigation, in violation of their own rules.

The kicker, the lead investigator in the Haith portion was... Abigail Grantstein! The same one who got fired by the NCAA for apparently telling her boyfriend she was not going to clear Shabazz Muhammad because she knew he took money.

Just nuts, so she apparently committed misconduct in 2 investigations.
