NCAA denies Alex Stepheson's waiver request

Surprising to me I figured when they forwarded paperwork to North Carolina for review that meant they were going to give him the oK. But Jeff Goodman on Foxsports reports they denied it, he has to sit the year.

Will be pretty bad for him if USC is on probation next year.

Also looks like Mike Moser will pick USC today. We'll see but that's the rumor.
