2 separate articles out about rules changes that essentially eliminate businesses the Pumps run.
First one is about making it against the rules to hire someone in a coaching job search who has a connection to potential recruits. The Pumps have a business assisting in college coaching searches, and they sponsor many AAU teams, so there's the potential for a program to pay them the coach search fee to get "help" with players who are on Pump AAU teams.

Second one is about limiting the use of setting up AAU teams as non profits because it leads to coaches being pressured to donate money to a team in exchange for influence with a recruit on that AAU team. Again the Pumps are front and center because they have a big charitable foundation golf tournament and fundraiser that after this season will be off limits to college coaches to avoid conflicts of interest.

Pretty busy offseason earlier they shut off the hire coaches for your basketball camps who just happen to coach(HS or AAU) elite prospects you're recruiting. That was pretty common with some schools but now totally against the rules.
