Need help with Ulead DVD Movie Factor

I have Ulead DVD Movie Factor but I don't have instructions on how to use it. For those who use this software, how do you input chapters and titles? For example, I have a Diamondback game on dvd and would like to enter chapters for each inning. So if I just want to view the 8th inning, I click on that chapter or title. I am not very good at this so easy instructions would be helpful.
