So I FINALLY have a free weekend and want to catch up on my movie viewing. I'm looking for some drama, some comedy, a little L-O-V-E. So, here's a list I compiled. Which three would you rent? Also, since I haven't rented movies in months and the last movie I saw in the theater was "The Passion of the Christ" (first time around, mind you) I am open to suggestions.

Ocean's Twelve
Alfie
Shark Tale
Vanity Fair
Without a Paddle
Garden State
Meet the Fockers
Hotel Rwanda
Closer

Meet the Fockers was funny.

The wife and I just rented Shark's Tale and couldn't finish it. We really didn't like it.

Garden State was pretty good. Interesting and well-done, but not fast moving. Depends on your mood, I suspose.

Without a Paddle was decent, mindless entertainment. Good for a goofy laugh or two.

Haven't seen the others, yet.

I haven't seen any - but if I was going to rent one, it would be Hotel Rwanda

I highly recommend Garden State. It's a great great movie.

It's funny yet not over the top coming of age story. And it's got some l-o-v-e, too :)

I've heard good things about Alfie, too, but I have not seen it yet.
