I haven't had Netflix for quite a while but didn't know they were still providing that service. We used to use it all of the time "back in the day".

What a bummer. It had to happen eventually I guess. I just returned my last dvd. Not sure how I'm gonna watch the classics or obscure foreign films anymore.

Are those genres not available on the streaming service?

Reminds me of the ole Blockbuster days.

I was reluctant to get back to Netflix when they became the streaming player.

I had a lot of issues with discs not getting to me or back to them - it was pretty common at my place in Philly for many things, like any ESPN mag with a basketball cover.

They weren't fond of my lost in the mail notes and i was fond of being accused of keeping discs

I don't know, maybe. I probably just need to get with the times. It just seems like most films I search for aren't streaming on the platforms I subscribe to (HBO, Netflix, Disney and Prime). I'm not sure whether paying by the movie will work because it usually takes me several days or more to get through a movie.
