Hey, why go for one big hire when you can get three? Chow is easily one of the best offensive coordinators of the past decade (when it comes to college football), Marmie's defensive mind cannot be denied and McGinnis, I feel, has the perfect personality to recruit. Really, I can see him having the same push here that Pete Carroll did on USC's success. He's already surrounded with two very good coaches, so all should be up to him to succeed.
If this is true, it's good to see Mac back in the Valley.. Should have never left.
In the end, I'm surprised Chow's not hanging on for a Head Coaching job.. I really am. But hey, no complaints to see him as Coordinator here!
