new computer

Just got a new used hp computer and am trying to set up a cd to transfer files from my old computer however the wizard shows drive F while the actual drive is E. The wizard starts with F. How do I get it to see E and recognize the drive?

Right click on "MY computer and go to "manage" and then select "disk management"

Right click on your CD rom drive and "change drive letter and path"

There you can switch the drive letter

If they are both on a network you can use Windows to import all of your files and settings.
