The New York Islanders have made a pre-trade deadline move to add to their defensive core, acquiring defenseman Andy Greene from the New Jersey Devils. The Devils receive David Quenneville and the Islanders' 2021 second round pick. The 37-year-old Greene has played 14 seasons in the NHL all with the Devils, the last five of which he served as the team's captain.
