Football's Future Link
Houston Reggie Bush, RB, USC
Bush is a true gamebreaker and the top player in the draft.
San Francisco D’Brickashaw Ferguson, OT, Virginia
The 9ers have other bigger needs, but you can’t pass up on a franchise LT.
New York Jets Matt Leinart, QB, USC
Leinart will probably be gone at this point in April, but the Jets are happy he is not. Goodbye, Chad.
New Orleans A.J. Hawk, LB, Ohio St.
The perfect fit of the players left on the board.
Green Bay Mario Williams, DE, North Carolina St.
The best player left on the board, and a potential All Pro end.
Arizona Vince Young, QB, Texas
Dennis Green will attempt to land the next Daunte Culpepper.
Buffalo Eric Winston, OT, Miami
Potential franchise LT will need to show his knee is completely healthy to go this high.
Tennessee Mathias Kiwanuka, DE, Boston College
With Williams gone, they go for the next best thing.
Detroit Marcus McNeill, OT, Auburn
The Lions take the mammoth OT to give some stability to the RT position.
Oakland Haloti Ngata, DT, Oregon
Washington and Sapp aren't getting any younger.
St. Louis Jimmy Williams, DB, Virginia Tech
Williams' versatility gives the Rams many options in the secondary.
Cleveland Laurence Maroney, RB, Minnesota
Reuben Droughns is solid, but lacks the extra gear to make plays. Maroney is a potential everydown back with big play ability.
Baltimore Brady Quinn, QB, Notre Dame
If he declares, he may go higher, but the Ravens would love to have a shot at him.
Philadelphia Martin Nance, WR, Miami(OH)
With TO out, the Eagles need wideout help again. Nance gives them some of the same type of talent.
Miami Jonathan Scott, OT, Texas
With no QB left, they get the tackle they've needed for years.
Minnesota Darnell Bing, S, USC
Tice likes USC players, and they could use an upgrade at strong safety.
Atlanta Michael Huff, DB, Texas
A standout at safety would be a nice upgrade, but Huff brings the versatility to possibly form one of the best young corner duos with D'Angelo Hall.
Kansas City Jesse Mahelona, DT, Tennessee
The need some beef on the interior DL. Mahelona brings penetration ability and the toughness to stop the run.
Dallas Jason Allen, DB, Tennessee
RT would be the best pick, but value does not lie there. Allen may drop depending on how his hip checks out.
Denver(Was) Claude Wroten, DT, LSU
Even after bringing in the entire Cleveland front four, the Broncos still need interior line help.
Tampa Bay Winston Justice, OT, USC
Monte Kiffin's son has coached Justice the past four years at USC, so he knows how much potential Justice has.
New England DeAngelo Williams, RB, Memphis
The biggest steal to this point. Williams would do wonders for the Patriot offense which has stalled at times with Corey Dillon's health.
Pittsburgh LenDale White, RB, USC
White has said he will not declare, but we'll wait until it's official. Probably a little early, but he's the ideal fit for Pitt's offense.
San Diego Chad Greenway, LB, Iowa
Can play any linebacker spot.
Carolina Marcedes Lewis, TE, UCLA
His size as a receiver is needed since Muhammad left last year.
Chicago Vernon Davis, TE, Maryland
Just missed out on the top TE in the draft. If Davis measures out at a legit 6'3, he may rise up a lot higher after workouts.
Jacksonville Tye Hill, CB, Clemson
Pretty much a no brainer. They need corner help, and Hill would be great opposite Rashean Mathis.
New York Giants Rodrique Wright, DT, Texas
Has the potential to go much higher, but hasn't put it together on a consistent basis.
Cincinnati Brodrick Bunkley, DT, Florida St.
The offense is one of the best in the league. Time to address the defense.
Denver Santonio Holmes, WR, Ohio St.
Rod Smith won't play forever, and Lelie does not have what it takes to be the go to receiver.
Seattle Tamba Hali, DE, Penn St.
Should go higher but Seattle would be very happy to add him to their defense.
Indianapolis Ernie Sims, LB, Florida St.
For a team built on speed, you can't find a better linebacker. Sims has a lot of Derrick Brooks in him and would be a great fit in Indy.
