After talking to Derm and a few others it'sd clear we need a plan. Unfortunatly I don't have one. The main reason for that is that none of us has enough information yet to form a plan.

I wa thinking that we need a place for organizing this, such as what parking lots to use etc.

As we start to go for our 'apponitments' more info should be available and I was thinking that the possiblity of having many ASFNers in the same lot might be a worthwhile gaol.

As you get information post it here.

I say we all chip in a lot of money (that we all have right now) and buy a plot of land near the stadium for a tailgate site. Perhaps under that huge ass tree on Glendale and 99th Ave if it is still there.. When we aren't tailgating it could just be an eye sore for the rest of the world... But at least we are happy...

Team ASFN!!!!

I have gotten approval from the treasurer (my wife) to plan a trip to the valley for the inagural game!

My Wife ------> :notworthy Pay homage to her!!!

Now, on to my questions...

1. The schedule isn't out yet right???

2. Would a season ticket holder (i.e one of you) have quicker access to single-game tickets for the game than the general public? If so, could you buy it for me? I would of course pay you up front. Paypal would be the easiest way, but I could send the bills if needed.

Just let me know. I want to really live this up!!!!!

I'm the third man in this sinking boat. I know I will be there, but I want to make sure I get tickets ASAP.

When I was at Reliant they had "groups" who had full canopies up with a slew of people in them.

Is there anyway to contact the stadium and ask about possibly putting about a ASFN Tailgate canopy?

The idea of having a ASFN tailgating section is a great idea. I hope this idea takes off and you can have a slew of people each home game.

Very good post. You could have the ASFN Canopy area as the rally point for the fans and would be a great point of contact for us out of town fans to go to.

If Chargers play preseason there this year, which they might since regular season CArds play in SD, then I will look to be at that game!
