New Uniforms Anyone?

Anyone else think its time for the Suns to get new Jersey's? I like the orange crush one with the PHX, but bag the standard OLD/AWAY jerseys.

I just remember back in '95 they had those sick black alternates...(I have a Finley one somewhere). I just think the purple and orange isnt exactly intimidating. Have a tweaked home white jersey, and a sick road black jersey with the same PHX on the front.

Any thoughts...

I think Amare should hit the court totally naked. I think he'd have a lot more room to work in the paint if he wore no clothes -- who would want to bang with him?

Orange unis are nice... I like 'em a lot. They should be our road duds.

The Phoenix Suns should have never changed the Unis from the ones they had back in 1993. Thos were the sharpest looking Unis in their history.

The Suns are always on the cutting edge on jerseys.

The 70's version had the Sunburst on the shorts.

The 92 model, they were first to put an entire design on front. Most teams copied, see Utah, Philly

The current ones, they were the first to revert back to sewn on letters and numbers, see Orlando, Dallas.

The current model is the best in the league.

couldn't agree more. Those were far and away the best uniforms the Phoenix Suns have ever worn. I do like the orange jerseys though.

agree as well - those unis were sharp! I think our unis now look like WNBA uniforms - not a big fan of the grey either - in the unis or on the court -The initial court when we first moved into AWA was the best - simple, calssy - not that obnoxious huge sun in the middle - that thing bothers the hell out of me.

I agree with that. If they streamed lined those jerseys they would be in business. The new unis are to bland and just dont do anything at all. One thing they might change from the 92-2000 jerseys would be adding an orange with the phx into that style.
