Should be a fun game to watch listen to even if we don't improve our lottery chances! :D

And a tough question, IS Antonio McDyess gay?

http://www.nba.com/suns/news/adhs_second_career.html
SUNS FORWARD ANTONIO McDYESS: That’s a trick question because I like a lot of things, like decorating houses. And I know that sounds silly, but I like that. Getting into houses, property, real estate, so I think the real estate business.

I guess I realized that some of the playoff contending teams in the Eastern conference had losing records, but I did not realize that their records were so poor. The Phoenix Suns had stayed competitive in most games. They have a terrible record though, and they are still only 8 games behind the New York Knicks.

It seems we will.

McDyess seems to be returning to his old self :)

Joe Johnson is playing great.

If they can keep this up, we won't need Kobe. (Some exageration used)

What a complete victory for the Suns.

There was contributions all up and down the board. During the third quarter, every time the Knicks made a run and got within 11, the Suns answered back.

I will say right now that Jahadi White needs to be the Suns starting center. He plays with the sort of toughness in the paint that the Suns need.

Kudos to everyone. Welcome back McDyess.

The ONLY downer was seeing how good Demarr Johnson looked. Wish he was still a Sun.

Great game by the Suns tonight. Maybe they are putting some things together.

NY looks pretty bad lately, but I like how the Suns toughened up down the stretch when the Knicks tried to turn it up a little.

With out Van Horn or Houston the Knicks look like the Suns before the trade.

Oh and before Marion hurt his ankle, he was 8-8 for 16 points with no 3 point shot attempted.

To quote the Cardinals announcer "Now that's EXACTLY what I am talking about!"

NBA.com has him down for 9-12 in 24 minutes.

I was at the game tonight, awesome time.

Marion was 7-7, then he missed a 3. But before he got hurt, he was attacking the hoop again. He plays so much better when he does that. Does anyone know how bad it was? I got the feeling they were keeping him out because the suns were in control the whole game.

I will say this, I lik what Jahadi can do. He opens it up for Amare so much more than Jake does. Especially on rebounding, he can keep his guy out of the paint allowing Amare to control the boards.

That's exactly what I told my wife. Well, KVH anyway...... forgot about Houston at the time.:D

Good game by the Suns.... Good use of White & McDyess. Zarko has a way to go but his height & hussle helped a lot. We didn't play total small-ball for once.
Amare played like we thought he could:D and it's nice to smile again.... even if the ref's screwed my other team - the Nuggets.

I am starting to think that I wouldn't trade for TMac if it costs so much.

Rather move Eisley even if it costs quite a lot. Sign FAs only so that you could sign TMac in 2005 if Kobe doesn't come this offseason.

Pick or FA
Amare
Marion
Kobe
Johnson

Really should be very good next season and I want Dice back.

Don't forget that Tim Thomas went down early in the game. I'm not saying the outcome would have been different, but I think it would have been a lot closer.

I don't know.

If we got rid off White in the expansion draft with the Cavs pick and Eisley by trading down with our lottery pick we could get Dampier instead.

If we traded Eisley and White we would have like 26M$ capspace. Enough to sign Kobe, Dampier, Dice and Vujanic and probably still have some capspace.

I thought this was the Knicks/Suns game post. Not trade proposal posts. Jezzzo!

I didn't see the game and I'm bummed about that. From what you guys say it looked good!

I only caught the second half, but it was encouraging to watch the Suns keep their composure and beat back every Knick run.

Obviously the Suns caught a break in that the Knicks played the night before and the Knicks have been in free fall for the last couple of weeks. Still, the overall performance by the Suns was very impressive.

It was nice to see JJ finally get back on track. His second half was a big part of the Suns maintaining control and Amare finally had a breakout game on the boards - 14 rebounds.

I was very pleased that White continues his strong play (pardon the pun). 5-8 shooting and 7 rebounds in 15 minutes.

I was only partially joking when I predicted that Dice would come back with a strong game. The most impressive part was that he scored 8 points without any plays run for him. 16 minutes is the longest he's played since joining the Suns.

This is the team we thought they had, but somehow never put onto the court.

Any dunks by Dice?

Remember when this guy was the best finisher in the league.

Yes, he cut down the lane and got a pass to complete the play.
