I've seen a couple of good comments here but really its hard to fault them at all.

Building a new system and the motherboard appears to be DOA.

Went to NE tech support chat. 30 secs and I'm talking to somebody.

2 mins later I have an RMA #and a prepaid shipping label being sent to me

NewEgg has one of the best CS departments of all the internet. I enjoy doing business with them.

Ordering parts online has been a great lesson in patience for me. I've actually had perfect luck to date, but waiting for shipping killed me when I first made the switch. Now I often leave the package unopened until I have time on the weekend. I don't miss Frys one ounce.

I have had nothing but positive experience with Newegg over the years. I have ordered thousands of dollars worth of parts from them, built several computers entirely from Newegg Inventory, and never once had any problem with them. I have only received one defective part from them, and they replaced it quickly with no questions asked. Customer Service is indeed a lost art these days, and I really think that Neweggs service is the reason they are so popular.

On a side note, I have only dealt with one company that was better for service and believe it or not, it was Intel. I had a Pentium 4 CPU that died on me, and I called Intel to see if there was anything I could do. All they asked for was the serial number on the chip and they agreed to replace it no charge. I sent my CPU to them and they sent the replacement by overnight express the very same day they received my burnt out one. They got my chip and overnighted me a new one 3 hours later. I was surprised, I expected it to take a long ass time.

For online ordering, Newegg is top notch.

Cool on Intel and yes surprising.

I think this is only my second DOA part and I'm the same. Build all my computers as I rarely have std needs and I need cheap servers.

I've been doing it online now for some years as well. Just takes a little planning but then you usually need that to build systems anyway. I have also spent mucho loot with Newegg

Newegg rocks.

When it comes to ordering computer parts on line I will gladly pay more if I know the service is good. With Newegg price is rarely a problem and the service is excellent.

One more Newegg good report.

Not only do they handle RMAs with minimal hassle, the shipped the replacement part overnight not the usual 5-7 days
