Olympic trade freeze ends tonight at 10:00 p.m. and the trade deadline is March 9th. Should see some deals in the next 11 days. Maybe not an overhaul, but the names mentioned in the Republic this weekend included guys who will be unrestricted free agents this summer: Cujo, Gauthier, and Morris.

Besides re-signing Morris and Reiprecht, here's the most interesting Coyotes news:
Backup goalie Phil Sauve was placed on waivers.
I guess that means that any team can claim him? Not much confidence in this guy. I would doubt they would have a goaltender on waivers and trade Joseph at the same time, unless they are trading Joseph for another goaltender.
