Brother is a Falcon fan and yes I can recall seeing him do that at least twice in his heyday and frustrate the hell out of you by not being able to throw simple targets requiring him to lay off the sauce on the ball... I know it's fun to dump on Vick, and some are legit, but his arm was exceptional
