The Detroit Lions, man. Say what you want about the Cleveland Browns — at least they are hilariously bad. The Lions may be the single most boring team in the league. They lose to good teams, they beat bad teams, they finish in the Jeff Fisher Zone almost every season, and they just never, ever seem to get over the hump.
