Who are the highest paid players in the NFL for the 2025 season?
Here's a look at the players in the league who make at least $20 million per season, ranked by average annual salary, per overthecap.com, a site that tracks NFL player contracts (through April 9, 2025).
The Dallas Cowboys' Dak Prescott leads the list at $60 million, with the Cincinnati Bengals' Joe Burrow, the Buffalo Bills' Josh Allen, the Green Bay Packers' Jordan Love and the Jacksonville Jaguars' Trevor Lawrence tied for second at $55 million per season.
Quarterbacks dominate the list of the NFL's highest paid players for 2025, as they have for previous seasons, but other positions are adding more highly paid players to this list.
The highest paid non-quarterback in the league is Cincinnati Bengals WR Ja'Marr Chase, who makes $40.25 million in average annual salary. He is the 15th highest paid player in the NFL in average salary per season.
