Vick the best backup in the league? I really have to question that. Maybe sitting in a cell is better than learning on the bench.

I think your missing the point. Kirwan is awarding points on the entire QB corps and adding them up. Manning and Brady are the best at their position but Sorgi and Gutirrez would not induce confidence if asked to start multiple games.

Thats the point. He is saying if the starter goes down, who is still in a relatively good spot. The starter matters (otherwise a team like CLE would be higher) but only as a sum of the whole.

Typical Cowboy fan:)

Are the Cards really better off than the Chargers or the Saints? I don't know about that. I love what Leinart has done in the preseason, but Volek is a better known quantity and he could start for a lot of teams right now. All three Saints QBs have extensive starting experience and Brees is as efficient as they come.

Volek is still earning a paycheck off of a 4-6 game stretch in Ten that also made Bennett a grip of cash. Overrated. He is average at best.

I will say this. There are only three people on the planet who have faith in St. Pierre right now ... Whiz, St. Pierre's mother, and this writer. So I still think San Diego and NO have a leg up on the Cards on QB depth.

I was being sarcastic. the poll lost me when they put philly first. I think they will be in a major hole if vick has to play more than the wildcat for a play or two per game. mcnabb is a HOF QB as a passer and if you take him off the field they are done.

typical cowboy fan is still pretty good compared to average fan no?:)

besides i'm much nicer than most dallas fans. I don't rub it in.

but tom brady and peyton manning are still lightyears better than the next QB in the league which is probably donavon.

Do you really want an answer to that? ;)
It's like asking an answer to a test question when you already know it. I am a very sarcastic person. I know most of us on here probably are.

but the cowboys do have a lot of good fans. every fanbase has the sour ones...i'd say the cards do as well. most of you on here are great fans.

the cowboys just have a lot of fans so they stand out.
