National Football League officials on Tuesday moved a showdown game between the Los Angeles Rams and Kansas City Chiefs from Mexico City to Los Angeles over concerns about the quality of the playing field at Estadio Azteca. Monday's contest between the season win leaders, both 9-1, will be played at Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum after the league, in combination with the players union, determined the field could not be improved to NFL standards in time for the match. "We have worked extensively with our partners at Estadio Azteca for months in preparation for this game," NFL Executive Vice President of International Mark Waller said.
