Jon Gruden has a 10-year, $100 million contract with the Raiders, but the coach evidently doesn't have the players he wants. Teams have the sense that the Raiders have made every player on their roster available ahead of next week's NFL trade deadline, NFL Media's Ian Rapoport reported, and that Gruden -- not general manager Reggie McKenzie -- is the man to see about making the best deal.
