Well that was a short lived season. They picked up Matthew Mulligan. Dude is big - 6-4 267 lbs!
Mulligan, who has primarily served as a blocker during his career, will slot in behind Rob Housler and John Carlson at tight end for the Cardinals.
Another bad 2nd round draft pick & hated it at the time we picked this kid.As much as we luv some Keim he can't keep poo poo'ing those picks...that's 2 in a row we've blown.
He might turn into a solid pro, but IMO you better be trying to draft a star in rounds 1-2, which he will never be.

BS.Give the kid some time. He`s learning to play TE at the highest level.
Our 2nd round picks this decade: Niklas (who I think'll be fine if he can ever get healthy--he gets five months before minicamps), Minter, Ryan Williams, [traded for Kevin Kolb] and Daryl Washington. The year before Daryl Washington we picked up Cody Brown.
Yeesh.

This is for BW52
Yeah we couldn't have used guys like Sanky, Jeremy Hill, Hyde Garoppolo or Chris Borland or Chris Kirksey
So you're saying Niklaus is gonna be a damn good player? Lol Gimmie a break
Good one.So they took a Mulligan on Niklas? What a waste.
I think so. We will see.
Clearly he is being brought in to run block.

Big hopes for Niklas coming back healthy and strong next year. He is going to grow too, even at his size you can tell he hasnt filled out yet.
If you're happy with a guy who's prolly gonna produce 45 catches & 500 yds yearly, you should do backflips. This guy ain't Gronk or Graham, especially in an offense full of damn good WRs.
To me, that's a waste of a 2nd round pick for the production when you could've taken a chance on a guy who's gonna have more of an impact on wins & losses.
Mulligan!!! Woot.
Good one.
Hope this guy can block.
