They banned smoking in the halftime meet area this year. Smokers have to go outside. It is smoke-free now.

My job, as a selfish retiree (embraced with gusto) is to whine when I have to buy a wool sweater, which I did today and may never get to wear again, just to go to one game. Luckily, I also found the fleece hood bought to face the freezing rain of the Cards/Giants game at SDS a bunch of years ago.
Home Sunday or Monday night games will always suck!

What an awful afternoon that was. The game was terrible and the weather was horrendous. Even worse, I was in the section that was allegedly won free pizza. When the pizza was brought up, they delivered it to the wrong section. Sitting there drenched and frozen I was not pleased.
Amen, brother. That gave me new empathy for fans of cold weather teams.

i'm going to try and gut it out tonight pretty much making my first return to anywhere outside my parents house for the first time in 6 months. Can't guarantee I'll be able to move out of my seat come halftime, but if I can I'll try to make it over there. and if anyone's near section 108 and they want to say hey, I think my brother has hooked me up in the handicapped seating.
oh, and BIM, if you see me and have any kind of besmirching comments about what I'm wearing, red or not, I'll simply call you a douchebag of the highest order, mean it and walk away. A broken backed-healing Cheese is a surly Cheese these days who really isn't in any mood to take anyone's crap, no matter how light-hearted it may or may not be. now, that being said, who's buying my first beer?
