Trot Nixon, the former Red Sox outfielder who beat Boston with an extra-inning single in Game 2, was back in Cleveland's starting lineup for Saturday night's sixth game of the AL championship series. The Red Sox also made a lineup change, putting rookie Jacoby Ellsbury in center field in place of Coco Crisp, batting eighth.
