Mulli, as a legal guy what does this do now with the mandates for health insurance, workers compensation, minimum wage etc.?

If the players are employees doesn't the school have to start paying them a minimum of $8.25 an hour?

As employees, their $45k scholarship could now incur an income tax bill. Those free shoes won't be so free anymore. The landscape has changed as they will become employee athletes aka professional.
