Darron Thomas threw for a touchdown and ran for two more and the top-ranked Oregon Ducks overcame a slow start to beat northwest rival Washington 53-16 on Saturday. LaMichael James ran for 121 yards and three scores for the Ducks, who looked out of sorts in the first quarter when they were held scoreless for the first time this season.
