On paper, the Cotton Bowl matchup between No. 10 Penn State and No. 17 Memphis on Saturday decidedly favors the Nittany Lions. The Nittany Lions (10-2) have reached double-digit wins for the third time over the past four regular seasons, opening the season 8-0 before the losses to the Gophers and Buckeyes.
