Max Hall tied a BYU record with seven touchdown passes and the 18th-ranked Cougars extended the nation's longest winning streak to 13 by overwhelming UCLA 59-0 Saturday. BYU improved to 3-0 for the first time in seven seasons and grabbed control of this one with four touchdowns in the first 5:18 of the second quarter.
