Isaiah Cousins scored 19 points and Buddy Hield added 18 as No. 7 Oklahoma cruised to a 78-55 victory over No. 9 Villanova on Monday in the Pearl Harbor Invitational. Ryan Spangler and Dinjiyl Walker had 11 points apiece and Jordan Woodward added 10 for the Sooners (6-0), who never trailed in the game. It was the most 3-pointers in a game this season for Oklahoma.
