20:28 PT: The Tampa Tribune reports free agent S Dexter Jackson (Buccaneers) put his decision on which team to sign with on hold when his wife went into labor, according to agent Peter Schaffer. "There is no decision yet, nothing has been decided," Schaffer said. "The only news is that Dexter's wife is going into labor. Family comes first." The Buccaneers remain in the hunt to re-sign him. The Steelers and Cardinals have bid for his services as well.
