Rashad Johnson gets my nod for defensive player of the week. Guy was all over the place today. Pretty unreal we have Rashad, Peterson, Matheiu, Powers, Buchannon and a very underrated Tony Jefferson often on the field at the same time. Legion of Boom can hit, but these are better at coverage and turnovers. What a blast to watch, so glad we have these guys.

They're a REALLY solid group who'd be flat out terrifying if we could generate any kind of pass rush.

that guy was pushing hard for his "flock" to become the new nickname

It's more original than the "No Fly Zone". That's what Michigan State referred to their secondary a couple years ago when the had Trae Waynes and Darqueze Dennard.

No Fly zone comes from Detriot. It's a song with trick trick and eminen. In the hip hop world it's a big thing. They've made Detriot a "no fly zone" if an artist goes there and doesn't use local talent or promoters giving money back to Detriot they aren't allowed to perform in the city.

Actually the term became part of the lexicon after the Gulf War in 1991, it is what the Allies imposed in Northern Iraq to protect the Kurds. No one in Det. would've known that word if it wasnt on the news everyday for most of the early to mid 90s

Lmao yes of course it's a military term.

Just saying I'm pretty sure that's not what they are referencing at Michigan state and here in Arizona.
