They used to. Gambo and Ash used to host it every year. The Suns selling their picks seemingly every year killed it. I don't even think there is a draft party now. The front office just doesn't know how to engage the fans. They think a DJ at the game is what we want.

I can't wait to see the new craptastic jerseys we break out next year (if the rumor is true). I'm sure they'll find a way to disappoint us with a jersey worse than the current one.

Wait, what? I haven't heard about this, have a link? It makes sense to go with new unis now that they're transitioning into a new era, but I don't trust this front office with something like this.

Casper: In the fall we will be making a special announcement about a uniform promotion that highlights the Suns’ rich legacy. Stay tuned for more information in the coming months.

It's either a throwback or new uni's altogether. Coro also eluded to it saying that the previous regime (Kerr and co) had new uniforms already mocked up but they were scrapped when the new front office rolled in presumably to start design their own.
