If I don't recognize the number I don't answer. If it's important they'll leave a message. Oh, I don't have a land line either

The reason I like this idea is because the "Do Not Call" list didn't go far enough and it's flawed in it's execution. This would give people another option.

At my business, I get 3-4 robo calls an hour. The way I read it, nothing I can do about my business land lines. Too bad.
