Talk about a player with a purpose. It is believed tha RAms are going to cut him because of his situation with Martz.
How motivated would this guy be with an opportunity to play the Rams twice. I don't know what he would cost but he cetainly seems like a player that would fit our mold.

No?

If he passes his physical sure but his back problems seems serious esp last year when the Rams said it might be career ending injury. Plus add that he lost 60 pounds since his surgery, how long does he get that weight back?

He'd definitely bring the nasty attitude that Green says the OL needs. Signing Turley and Hovan would sure increase the intensity level.

My guess would be that Green likes him, and I suspect he'd like Green. I think a guy like that respects people who rule with an iron fist.

That said, if they don't get off on the right foot immediately, he could also be a guy that doesn't buy into Green's system, and could be on the outside looking in--being a major pproblem.

I'd like to see him in a cards uni, though.

I think he's shot. He looks like a scarecrow compared to his old self. I can't see anyway he'll add back all that weight he lost and be ready to play football next season. Season after next is his best chance IMO.

What I dont understand is how does he loss 60 lbs from not being able to exercise yet Shelton gains 40-50 lbs (or what ever it was) during the offseason from not being able to exercise.
