No winter in Vancouver as Games approach (AP)

As Olympians arrive by the day, the Winter Games seem to be missing something. Namely, winter. There's more snow in D.C., as in District of Columbia, than B.C., or British Columbia. Vancouver Olympic officials have touted these as "The Green Games," but Mother Nature might be taking that to an extreme.
