NORTHWEST VALLEY Draft Party....VALLE LUNA-35th Ave/Bell

Okay, I'm tired of waiting for the powers that be to announce what's up with the draft party, so I figured we would plan one of our own. Plus, I've heard from a few fans that the wait to get into Jackson's, the wait to get service, take a leak, etc. was real brutal last year.

The northwest valley Cardinals headquarters VALLE LUNA has agreed to host a draft day party at the 33rd Avenue and West Bell Road location. They will open the doors an hour before the draft and take reservations if necessary. There is seating for 90-100 in the main bar area. Gonna talk to the beer companies about sponsoring the event with some Cardinal giveaways for a raffle or a promo or something.

As usual, there will be cheap drinks...probably $2 Bloody Mary's and Screwdrivers and $1 Domestic Pints....maybe a free breakfast buffet if the early response is good. PLEASE POST REPLY if interested in attending, so I can plan out all the details.

I'm thinking - a few of us sitting at a PC can retrieve info about our picks and relay them to everyone at the draft party.

I didn't have any problem getting drinks, as anyone that saw me there can attest to! YEEEE HAAAAA!!!

Vince56.....this isn't to replace the Official team sponsored party....just to make it easier on some of the fans from the north end of town to get together. I have heard that getting in and around Jackson's, getting service, a table, etc... is really brutal. So for anyone who doesn't want to fight the hassles, just another party available.

Sadly, I'll be stuck here in Carolina on draft day. Oh well.

I'm mostly replying to your post to say how cool it is that you mention Bloody Mary drink specials and a free BREAKFAST buffet in the same sentence!

I may or may not be able to attend, its close to home... but I don't know what other commitments I have right now.
