The Diamondbacks win 6 games on this 9-game road stand and now have four days to rest before they start a 10-game homestand. It sure will be nice if this team can get it going because there is a lot of baseball left and they are only five games behind the Padres. The second half should be interesting, especially if the Diamondbacks make any moves.

Has their been anymore news on the Dontrell Willis trade rumor that was going around a few months ago I think if we could get him that would be huge for us to make a playoff run Willis and Webb as our number 1 and number 2 pitching staff would be sick. I know its not likley to happen but it would be great if it did :)

The Willis trade rumors havent really been popping up for over a month now. The Marlins are still well below .500 and 13 or 14 games back in their division, so I suppose theres a chance they could trade him if the team's financial situation isnt what it needs to be. However, it would still take an overwhelming deal to land Willis. The Dbacks would probably have to start with both Young and Quentin, and keep adding from there to get a deal.
