Nowitzki to wait on free agency decision (AP)

Dirk Nowitzki isn't saying yet whether he's going to become a free agent or return to the Dallas Mavericks next season. The German forward said he needs a week or two to get over his disappointment after the Mavs were knocked out of the playoffs in the first round by San Antonio. The former MVP can opt out of his contract July 1.
