Wow !!!!! Of course you have the prayers from our family. Please know that we will be having you in our minds and prayers throughout your ordeal Mark. Get strong soon, so we can celebrate this new season together. Like our team, we are many, but we stand as one, and you are needed to carry your share of the load buddy.

God bless you Mark! You'll be better in no time, have faith.

And I've meant to say you're lucky to live in Charleston!

What a wonderful place. When you recover, go get something to eat at the Hominy Grill. One of the best meals I've ever had: T-bone steak, grits, egg over easy, redeye gravy. Mix the egg, grits and gravy and dip the steak in the wonderful concoction. Truly a wonderful taste.

You got it Mark! Prayers and blessing being said for you and your family. And for all the doctors and nurses that God may guide their hands.

You'll be in my thoughts on Monday. Hang tough. Heal quickly.

Prayers and good luck to you, Mark!

Heart surgery is still a major deal, but being that they didn't schedule you immediately it should be fairly routine. It's amazing how advanced medicine has become...

Look forward to your comments next week.

Don't worry. Monday is the best day for an operation.

All the best.

One too many cheeseburgers, I guess. I'm in a hospital room in downtown Charleston hooked up to an IV. Heart/bypass operation scheduled for Mon. sometime. (The day AFTER we BEAT NE! :)

Just feel like the old "car" needs a few "parts" fixed up so I can finish strong the last 15-20 years of my life.

Anyways, though I've never met any of you I still consider all of you "family."
Cardinal Family!

NOT WORRIED about operation. ...GOD IS IN CONTROL! :) Just sayin' this is on my plate come Mon.

BLESSINGS! Mark in SC :)

Will up-date when the meds wear off! LOL

Hope everything goes great!!

Mark,

Love the attitude you are having! Praying for nothing but the best outcome so you can enjoy many more years with our Cardinals.

Peace to you and your family - as you put it in GOD's hands

Best of luck! I have an uncle who went through that routine a couple years ago and he is movin and groovin and claims he feels better than he has in 15 years.

And maybe you should have someone translate the game for you so you dont get too worked up!;)
