I say he bites it about game 14.

This year isn't all his fault however he has had his chance to set this team up for success and what we got was suc kieness.

In 43 years of following this team, I've never been as frustrated as am this year. If they sticik with Blake and don't fire Mac over the bye, I think I'm not going to watch another game, and that's something I've never done before. There's no reason to follow this team anymore this year. I starting to think the Boldin pick was almost an accident.

Frankly, I am tired of watching Mac. His teams consistantly suck, just look at his record. The worst in the NFL, it speaks for itself.
It would not bother me one bit if he is fired tomorrow. A change needs to be made.

I rarely leave early....I did today..with about 10 minutes left in the 4th quarter. Saw at least 7 I hate the Bidwill's signs...other than that - same old song and dance...

when there is something like 2 weeks in a row when you fail to convert one 3rd down - coahes play calling comes into serious question...

Enough already, I'm tried of how good a guy he is and how he is a players coach. The bottom line is can his team play sound football and win. The answer to that question is obvious. It's doubtful they could hire a decent replacement at this point in the season. The only names out there who would be definite upgrades are Coughlin and Green. If they fill the position with a staff interim it will probably be Sullivan or Roland. Here is a twist how about hiring Bob Stoops brother Mike Stoops (asst. head coach/d.c. at Oklahoma) at the end of the year. He makes 300k at OU and could come here for about 600k. OU sure has hit the jackpot with the Stoops brothers.

Stoops needs about 2 mil a year to come here but by all means if it means Mac goes I am in.

I like the guy but we need a complete overhaul of the staff.

Misler, via radio, said he was told if we lost this one, there would be some, "changes", made during the bye week.

why did they go for it on 4tha nd 3 ,down 13 ,with 3 minutes in the third?

DUMB DUMB DUMB....

Punt the ball and make the Ravens drive the length of the field. Instead they ran 5 plays and kicked a FG....bad call...again!

the cardinals would NEVER, and I mean NEVER, be able to lure bob stoops out of oklahoma. He has a sweet financial deal, robust fan support, top quality AD in joe castiglione, etc etc. it ain't happening so don't even think about.

I just can't see Mike Stoops coming here either. DC of a great college team to the NFL? I don't recall it ever happening for one thing, and I'm not sure he would risk his carefully cultivated reputation as a winner to take a chance in AZ. it seems like a low percentage move.

get mac out. I'm done with him. how can we be running the ball with 4 min left down by 16? fire the whole boatload I say. its time to clean house.

I know the Cardinals are too cheap to ever lure Bob Stoops away from OU. He would only leave his comfortable surroundings for one of the elite coaching positions in the NFL. I was thinking "outside" the box by moving to hire his brother Mike as our coach. It would probably be the first time a NFL team has hired its head coach from the college level assistant position. It's a way for the Cardinals to get a young quality coach who could bring in some young assistants. Where the Cardinals stand nothing is too much of a risk.

I think everyone knows it would have to be Mike not Bob but either way I don't think that's happening either.

Fire Mac, interim someone and let the search begin.

Play McCown at least several series a game, Tell everyone they are being rated for extensions and future needs and play football.

I can't believe Mac did it again. When the Ravens punted from their own end zone and had a holding penalty,Mac declined it.Every other coach would make the guy re-kick it.There's another chance for a block and a better return.I don't get it.The guy would have been standing on the back line in the end zone and we just take the ball at the 45.UNBELIEVABLE.

I agree. bench blake for the rest of the season. His picks cost us the game, plain and simple.

If mccown looks like a joke out there, well, then, we know we need a "quarterback of the future".

I just got home from the sports bar . All the way home I was crafting my speech as to why Mac has to go. It seems however that I am not alone. The "bone head" coaching decisions that have been made under his watch are unforgivable. Not just in this game......it is obvious that they have been happening all season long!

Finally we see an almost decent running game from Shipp. We know that he's been capable of this type of game, yet Mac persists in Smith. I'm afraid to say it, if Smith were to miraculously be able to return for next weeks game, he'd start over Shipp.

And why the heck didn't he bench Blake at half time? As has been said, it's time to see what the heck we have in McCown before we waste a draft choice on a QB that will take three years to develop.

Can someone please tell me why the f*** Wakefield starts over Johnson?

Not to make the Ravens re- kick from the end zone.........geezus mary mother of ***

Not to try for a first down in the third quarter when we were seeing solid north-south running from Shipp..........geezus mary morther of ***

Until Mac is fired, I'm spending the rest of the year watching the Panthers..........now there is an example of solid coaching.

Understand you frustration - but, in passing, the Moderators have asked that we NOT use... F*** and short forms of that nature.

I do not see Bidwill firing anyone during the season. That is not his style. It also cost him money. A coaching change at this point makes no difference. We do not have the talent. Vince Lomabardi could not win with this talent level. I am interested to see just how many fans are in the stadium along about week 15.

Coach Mac is a great motivator. He's a "win one for the Gipper" coack. Everyone wants him to succeed. But, he isn't. The team is getting worse despite improved talent IMO. Its obvious that Coach Mac cannot do the job in Arizona. Its not to the benefit of Coach Mac, but QB McCown needs to play some this year to prove he can do the job in the future. In any other year, any newly hired HC would be OK. But, with the Cardinals entering the new stadium, the Cardainls need a high profile, proven HC to generate some much needed interest.
So Long, Mac. And, good luck!

It appears that we are in the start all over again mode. Clean house and start again. Get rid of players coaches and owners. I don't know anymore. FRom the start of the game the move the ball right down the throat of the Ravens. 7-0. Then one drive at a time three picks a blocked punt? A real bad penalty on Kendale two weeks in a row by the way, aq stupid play call on a fourth down. No pass rush and yet our defewnse did not let them have an offensive touchdown just three field goals.

BFirst off Blake needs to sit. He has made some of the worst decisions the last 4 weeks. Then we must change our defensive scheme, Marmie has to go. I don't care if we have nums they would play better with someone who knows what they are doing. The next major decision is to say thanks but no thanks to Mr. Smith. I admire him but Shipp and Anderson need to bethe mmen to move the ball. Last but not least I would have a heart to heart with my coach. Notice you don't produce positives there will be no next year or fire him. I like Mac as most do but this is a business of competing in games and we are not and have nerver in his years on top.

I 'm so dissapointed this year I can't express myself..

I agree that Blake should sit. Dare I say ... put Josh in and let's see what he's got. If he's terrible, draft a quarterback.

And, I too, agree that Mac needs to go. Nice guys finish last and in AZ this is definitely the truth!

Start Josh???? Are you kidding me? It's only week 6!

And no, I don't see Mac getting fired mid-season. But they should fire some of the assistants.
